Groundworks contracts are often complex and involve significant uncertainty. Bonava needed support from a specialist who could both understand the unique conditions of each project and contribute experience from a wide range of previous, comparable assignments. The objective was to identify risks at an early stage and establish stable conditions for subsequent project phases.
Coreco’s groundworks specialist, Linus Svensson, has supported Bonava in its project development for many years. The work is based on identifying, at an early stage, which aspects of a project cause concern within the project team and starting there. Linus describes his approach:
