A new and distinctive hotel concept places high demands on design, functionality, commercial viability and sustainability. NCC needed support in identifying alternative solutions that could reduce costs, maintain quality and lower climate impact. The project required a broad market review and the ability to challenge established ways of working.
Coreco supported NCC with project procurement by analysing the market for material choices, interior solutions and delivery methods. Together, we identified new and cost effective alternatives that generated significant savings in both time and cost. The work contributed to more sustainable choices and strengthened the project’s overall commercial outcome and delivery.
