The framework agreements were dispersed across different parts of the organisation and their accessibility varied. This created unnecessary administrative effort, lack of clarity in call offs and insufficient alignment between strategic procurement and project procurement. International framework agreements also needed to be integrated into a common structure.
Coreco consolidated and coordinated existing framework agreements and took over the management of international agreements. We implemented new system solutions that improved the functionality of the framework agreements, including automated credit checks. We also carried out a review of suppliers within contracting, consultancy services and materials procurement. The work resulted in shared routines, a more unified procurement process and a significantly simplified call off management across the entire organisation.
