Svevia needed to recruit a category buyer responsible for haulage and machinery services, a role combining both strategic and operational focus. The market is characterised by rapid change and challenges within supply chains, which requires a buyer capable of managing transitions, developing ways of working and at the same time safeguarding supplier quality. The role needed to be filled swiftly and with a high degree of accuracy.
