A large and diverse property portfolio places high demands on structure, consistency and commercial discipline. To enable efficient property management and procurement, Alecta Fastigheter required clear strategies across multiple procurement categories. The objective was to establish a framework that is durable over time while remaining effective across differing geographic conditions.
Coreco developed strategies for each procurement category and led the process that resulted in framework agreements with clearly defined terms linked to geography, contract duration, payment terms, options and service levels. The work was followed by a consulting assignment in which we carried out procurements and contract negotiations. The result was a unified structure, stronger agreements and improved commercial terms for Alecta Fastigheter.
