Recruiting a Head of Procurement is always a complex process, and the prevailing market conditions in 2022 made the assignment particularly demanding. Candidates were often already in secure roles, while Moby needed to identify a person who both understood market conditions and could drive the organisation’s procurement function forward. Balancing time, quality and requirements for industry understanding was critical.
Coreco undertook the assignment and delivered a structured recruitment process with a strong focus on industry expertise and quality assurance. Viktor Ryd, CEO of Moby, explains why they chose to work with us:
